Old Cambridge

Score Breakdown

About this Neighborhood

Old Cambridge is unusual in how much of it is outdoors. Twelve parks and 6 courts sit inside the search radius, alongside 28 restaurants and 6 coffee shops. Foursquare check-ins name a plaza, a park and a bookstore among the most-visited places, next to American restaurants, pizzerias and burger joints. Groceries are the weak point. Two stores cover the entire area, and there are only 2 fitness spots, which is what pulls the Vibe Score to 49. For anyone whose week is built around walking, reading and eating out rather than stocking a kitchen, the ratios work in the other direction.
